On 4th and 5th of March 2019 in Brussels, Belgium was held a second partner meeting. The Association for Development of Sofia is one of the 24 partner organisations of the project. The representatives of the organizations discussed how to develop a strategy, plan and follow-up actions on other packages, including communication and dissemination of information. The results of the research on the instruments for financing the circular economy in Bulgaria were presented in the second work package by the expert of the project - Kostadin Kostadinov. Cicerone project is building a joint platform for efficient circular economy programming and is funded by Horizon 2020 of the European Union.
