SmartCulture partners have first identified the trends and evolution factors regarding human potential in their regions to cross their findings. They have also analyzed SmartCulture practices in light of capability building aspects. The current deliverable embodies the necessary basis to strengthen the cooperation between tech-digital ecosystems in Europe and worldwide.
The proposed study aims to gather region-specific empirical data regarding the development of human resources in the Digital Cultural Heritage practices. This information will help to rethink and redefine the concept of creative clusters taking into account how the cluster value chain can be centered on individual development, or human-cultural capital, as well as enhanced by a strong social orientation toward innovative thinking and original forms of decentralized learning platforms. In this study, human potential refers to both educational attainment and skills attainment/development via occupations.
